This photo was taken by Chromasia (David Nightingale). I really like this photo for a couple of reasons. I like the way that the branch is really the only thing in the picture. There is nothing to take away fromt the branch, and I think that it makes the picture more powerful. I also like how the picture is in black and white. It makes it more mysterious and desolate and it makes me think of walking alone on the beach. If the picture was in color, it would not be the same message.
