This photo was taken by Alex Majoli in Latvia. I really like this picture for a couple of reasons. The first is I really like the lighting. It makes the picture mysterious and it brings your eye to the building. I also like how it is in black and white. It makes the photo feel like it should belong in a old black-and-white movie. The road is slanted in this photo and it creates movement. If you look in the upper righthand corner. There is that single window that it lit. I really like this part of the picture because it adds a little "spice" to the picture.
