This photo was taken by Ruth Bernhard. I really like this photo for multiple reasons. One is the shadow that the trees make. The trees makes a really awesome shadow across the tall grass and it makes me think of summer and whimsical things. I also like how there is two-thirds grass and one-third tree because it makes you focus on the shadow and then notice the trees. The sunshine shining through behind the trees creates a really cool lighting for the picture.
